Where are you located?

We do not have a physical location (we are working on it) but all appointments are in office or in home. We come to you and we feel that the one on one experience is bar none.

How are your prices affordable?

We are a direct to consumer brand, by cutting out the middleman we give you the best price.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Both suits and leather jackets take 4-5 weeks to receive.

If I pay more, can I get my suit/jacket sooner?

Yes, if you need an item sooner we can definitely get it out faster. Most of the time this is $100-$250 more depending on the timeframe and location.

I saw a jacket/suit I want but I can’t find them online?

Not a problem we are a custom shop and will create your design. Prices will vary. Just send us a message and we can find what you are looking for.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes. Shipping to the US is free anywhere else in the world there may be a fee.

Do you do refunds?

We do not do refunds, we have a fit guarantee which means that we promise the garment will be what you wish and will fit as you wish.

Do you do alterations?

We understand that there will be times that alterations are necessary, that is not a problem. We ask that you go to a tailor of your choice, get the work done and send us an email with the receipt and we will refund you.

Can I cancel my order?

You have 24 hrs to cancel the order.
