I was messaging a friend on IG because they had posted about their collection and how he couldn’t believe he had so many that he technically didn’t need.
So that got me thinking, hummm so what colors do you need?
So In this article we will be discussing the only 3 sneaker colors guys need in their wardrobe, how you can style them, and 6 brands that you may want to consider when purchasing these. Lets jump in!
The White Sneaker
White sneakers are at the top of the list and it’s very obvious why.
White sneakers are versatile and they are also classic. A nice white pair of sneakers also makes a very basic look, pop. They are perfect shoes to just toss on and you don’t have to worry about them matching. I have 3 pairs of white sneakers and during spring and summer they are consistently on my feet.
I like to wear my white sneakers with just about anything, but my 2 favorite ways to wear them are with a nice tailored suit any color and with a great pair of chinos. These are great ways to incorporate sneakers into any look.
I will admit that some guys do not like to wear sneakers with a suit but you have to try it, I opt for sneakers more than I do dress shoes now in days.

The Black Sneaker
The white sneakers more elegant brother, the black sneaker.
Now I’m just going to be honest I’m not the biggest fan of black sneakers I hardly wear them, but its great to have them.
These again look great dressed up and dressed down.
The only knock that I have with the black sneaker is that it looks funky with colors or outfits that aren’t monochromatic. Colors like black, white, and grey look awesome but when paired with other colors it looks off.
I like to style these with a monochromatic look but I also love to wear them with a charcoal suit.

Brown Sneakers
For my last choice I have the brown sneakers.
Brown sneakers are great to get away from the last two that I just mentioned. I think of my brown sneakers like my brown dress shoes you can wear them up and down.
You can also mix it up and get a pair grey sneaker, navy sneakers if brown isn’t your muse.
The brown sneaker is a bit more complicated to mix with outfits, and I’d say that stick to a lot of denim with these sneakers. Nevertheless, I have worn these with a navy suit and it looks great.
