Gentlemen spring is in the air and its time to take out the light garments we put away during the winter season. Spring is all about pastels and floral; your light blues, light pinks, lilac, are colors that can make an outfit go from nice to amazing! I wanted to cover 4 outfits that I believe are perfect for spring. Lets jump in:
In order from casual to dressed up
1. "Errand run" look
I know its hard to not walk out the door on a Saturday morning and just throw on some sweat pants and a t-shirt and call it good, but lets change that. Lets up that style and throw on a shirt(Banana Republic) and some jeans(Abercrombie), we can even substitute the shirt with a t-shirt (that fits). Shoes, throw on some tassel loafers or even some driving moccasins(Nordstroms). This look says, sure I am running errands but I also look good doing it.
2. "Smart" look
Looking "smart" is looking stylish without having to say it. I'd say this is probably one of my favorites of all. I paired up a great pair of cropped chinos(Zara) with a white t shirt (Zara) and a navy suit jacket(H&M). This look is amazing for any spring occasion, you name it.
3. "Going out" Look
My going out look is very simple, a button down no collar shirt, and some nice well tailored pants(Express). I love this look, so many people give me compliments on the shirt(Banana Republic) and the shoes. I got some nice suede loafers (Alfani) on as well. The shirt is different because it has no collar. I've been loving these lately. For this look I would also go for more darker colors such as black, navy or even wine colors, something you would want to wear when there is a lot of sun.
4. "Suit it up", without suiting up.
My second favorite of them all, next to the smart look. I love throwing on a great pair of vest and pants (By Mr Martinez). This look is amazing for the spring and warmer weather, the formality is the same as a suit, without all the heat. With this look I threw on a nice cotton tie(Tie Bar) on a white lightly checkered shirt (Uniqlo).
