The North Loop in Minneapolis is a great destination for a chill night with friends. Plenty of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and nice pop up shops. The North Loop name once referred to the trolley line that served the area. Today it defines the shape of the neighborhood and its location adjacent to Downtown Minneapolis. The neighborhood is in the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Reference: https://northloop.org/about/
Myself and some great stylish friends spent a full day enjoying restaurants on the North Loop. We went to three different spots to eat, for each spot we changed our outfits accordingly. Remember that you always want to dress for the occasion, so it is important to know where you are going and at what time.
1. Breakfast: Nolo's Kitchen
Nolo's is perhaps our favorite spot for breakfast, it has such a cool vibe to it, I’d say of all 3 places this is the most chill. I would recommend this place for a nice casual date.
Our Favorite Dish: French toast, 2 eggs and turkey Sausage. We have the eggs scrambled with the sausage, it tastes amazing!

The Freehouse is an awesome spot with a nice modern feel. The bar looks amazing and the food goes accordingly. What we found so amazing about the Freehouse was that it brews its own beer in the restaurant and let me tell you it tastes amazing.

All these places were incredible, there was not one place that was better than the other, and the food was great. The choice is yours to make. Above all it is important to keep in mind that time and place are key when piking out your outfit for the day or night. Next time you want to go out with friends or go out on a date consider the North Loop!
