3 AMAZING SUMMER WEDDING OUTFITS

3 AMAZING SUMMER WEDDING OUTFITS

Yes its wedding season and I'm excited, not because of the love of two humans coming together as one, or the free booze; nope. I love wedding because they give me the opportunity to dress up (the little things I tell ya). Although weddings present themselves as great opportunities to dress up, men just don't go for it. Men rather just go with the average pants and shirt look but don't go into the details of it. Remember gents it all comes down to the details! Tailoring is the number one rule of all these looks, anyone can pull these off.

If you like any of the Gentleman's Box items, remember to use my Promo Code: MRMARTINEZ for $5 off your first month's subscription!

All these outfits are classic pieces and can be found at all department stores. I will try to link most of them though. Lets dive in!

1. Shirt + Tie + Pants

A nice pair of slacks with a shirt and tie is very classic and it is a very "safe" option. Again, this maybe a no-brainer but I cant tell you how many times I've seen men not wear this correctly. One of the biggest mistakes is baggy shirt/pants that just do not fit. Leave the ill fitting stuff to your uncle Dave twice removed. With just this combo you can look stylish and well put. For this look the shirt is from Good Fellow & Co. from Target (yes it fits amazing), tie and bar are from The Tie Bar, pants from Express, socks are from June's Gentleman's Box, double monks are from Steve Madden

2. Shirt+Tie+Vest+Pants

This is perhaps my favorite when its warm out, and its because it's as elegant as a suit, without actually wearing the jacket. I definitely recommend that the vest and pants match, please do not wear black, you'll look like your serving. Also, try wearing a color that matches the weddings aesthetic and this is simple to figure out, just ask the bride. For this look the vest and pants are from Express, tie is from The Tie Bar, shirt is from Uniqlo, bit loafers are from Kenneth Cole, watch is from Fossil.

3. Suit + Tie + Shirt

If you are going to be wearing a suit, please and I said please, do not wear black. Black will melt you, I don't even recommend grooms or groomsmen to wear it. Black is very elegant but if the wedding starts at 2 the sun is going to cook you. Go with a nice navy or charcoal grey suit. In this look I went with a nice khaki suit and shirt are from Express, a tie from The Tie Bar, the tie bar is from Aprils Gentleman's Box, pocket square is from June's Gentleman's Box, and the shoes are from Alfani.  Best materials to wear are cotton or linen these are very breathable and will make it feel as if you weren't wearing a suit at all.

Any of these looks will make you look awesome at a summer wedding. You won't look too out there so you wont be taking any attention from the groom.
